This Privacy Policy explains how the Simple Flashy app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. It is provided by Anton Dimitrov, the developer of the App. We designed Simple Flashy to need no personal information at all.

Summary: Simple Flashy collects no data. It has no accounts, never connects to the internet, uses no analytics, no advertising, and no third party services. Nothing about you leaves your device.

1. Information we collect

None. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage data. Specifically:

No name, email, phone number, or account of any kind.
No location, contacts, photos, or files.
No analytics, crash reporting, or usage statistics.
No advertising identifiers (IDFA) and no tracking.
No cookies and no network connections.

2. Camera and flashlight permission

The Torch, Strobe, and SOS modes control the rear LED through the standard iOS camera and torch interface. The App uses this only to switch the light on and off. It never opens the camera to capture, view, record, or store photos or video, and it accesses no images on your device.

3. Payments

Simple Flashy is a one time paid app. All purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

4. Children

The App is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). Because we collect nothing, there is no children's data to protect, sell, or disclose.

5. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the EU GDPR and the California CCPA give you rights over personal data a company holds about you. Because Simple Flashy holds no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or export. You are already in full control.

6. Changes to this policy

If the App ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
